MATRAC 1 School in March 2023 - Registration is now open! Deadline 15 January 2023.
The coming MATRAC 1 School will be held from 12 to 17 March 2023 in Lauenburg (Germany) and continued in Lund (Sweden) with experiments at DESY and MAX IV.
The MATRAC 1 School will provide a systematic overview of the application of neutrons and synchrotron radiation to the structural analysis of engineering materials. The focus of the practical training will be on synchrotron experiments. Therefore, the school consists of a theoretical course starting in Lauenburg near Hamburg (Germany) and continued in Lund (Sweden), one day of experiments at GEMS/DESY in Hamburg and one day at MAX IV in Lund. The last day of the school offers further talks and a final discussion.
