RACIRI Summer School in August 2020

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic – the RACIRI Summer School 2020 cannot be organized in 2020. It will be shifted to 2021, August 22-29, at Varbergs Kusthotell, Varberg, Sweden.

The RACIRI Summer School 2020 will be held from 23-30 August 2020 in Varberg, Sweden.
The call for application is open now and the deadline is 1 May 2020.

This year´s focus theme is:
“X-rays and Neutrons for a Sustainable Future - Advanced Materials, Environment, Human Health”.

RACIRI Summer Schools (www.raciri.org) are based on a German-Swedish-Russian initiative to promote young researchers (PhD students, master/diploma students in the final research phase, and young postdoctoral researchers) in view of the large-scale research infrastructures in the area. The goal is to bring young researchers, predominantly from the three partner countries, closer to leading-edge research & development at the existing and upcoming top research infrastructures, in particular at synchrotron radiation sources, free-electron lasers, and neutron sources.
